Ensure the data is in DATA MODE during installation by pressing the switch button.

You will need to pick up the connection yourself for the first time, please refer to the illustrations below:

ð Click on Connection...

ð Check Serial cable, then click on Configure...

ð Select the COM port with Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port (it may be COM port other than COM4)

Please wait a few seconds while the program is recognizing the phone. If the connection does not show up, plug out the USB data cable and insert again.
