Q: I want to have combined shipping discount, how much should I pay?
We offer discounts for multiple items shipping in one package. Further discounts will be given for directly purchased items. Please submit the form and quote your eBay item numbers with items you'd like to buy directly.
Q: What's your bank details for payments? Is there anything I should take note of when paying?
Bank details are obtainable on eBay checkout. You may click on "PAY NOW" in the listing you have won and select "Bank Deposit" to proceed. Note that you should use eBay ID and/or item number along with your payments. It is called an agent number when you are paying by cash deposit at ANZ branches.
Q: Can I pay by credit card/money order/cheque/PayPal?
We only accept credit cards through PayPal. It is free for registration and use, however it is settled in US and AU dollars. To calculate the total amount due, add the item price and shipping fee, and multiply the total with the given rate here. For instance, the item price is $50 and shipping is $13 (totaling $63) and multiply 0.7999 (as at 3 Dec 2004), the total amount due is 50.39 USD. Our PayPal account is payment@sohogopher.com
Unfortunately we do not take money orders and cheques due to the extra human resources required.
Q: I have paid for the item but haven't heard from you, what happened?
It is most probably because we could not identify your payment, particularly if you did not use eBay ID or item number as reference. Please submit the form and include your payment details.
In rare situations the money cannot be cleared because the wrong/incomplete account number was put, notably missing the first or last digit with copy & paste. The fund will be returned to your bank account but a charge may be incurred (by your bank). So please ensure the correct BSB and account number are entered.
Q: How long does it take for the delivery transit?
Standard (First Class) Airmail is used for all shipping unless otherwise stated in the listing. The standard transit time is seven (7) working days except weekends and public holidays. However the general rule is that items should be received in roughly a week in all major cities. Exceptions may occur due to postal delays and Customs inspection.
Q: It's been more than a week and I have not received the item, what has gone wrong?
Please note that the standard transit time is seven (7) working days so you may like to wait for an extra day or two. However, you are still suggested to fill in the form to make sure everything went smoothly before lodging your item to the post office. Check your address on eBay is current to avoid confusion before problem arises.
Q: I paid extra for the registered mail, what is the tracking number?
Please complete in the form and request your tracking number if you have already received the "shipping notification email". Note that the registered mail usually takes one to two extra days for the transit.
Q: Are there other courier services available for faster services?
If you require services
faster than Standard (First Class) Airmail, there are two options for you:
(1), EMS International Courier which is usually five to ten times more
expensive, but delivers in 1 to 3 days (depending on your location) worldwide.
(2), Priority (Express) Airmail is only 2.5 Australian Dollars more and shortens
the transit to 3 to 5 working days (depending on your location) worldwide.
Should you need any of these services please complete in the form before payment.
Q: It doesn't look like the one I paid for, have you sent me the wrong thing?
We may use different packaging boxes as long as the size fits. Please check the label (on the cable/adapter) other than the packaging box itself.
If we did send you a wrong item, please contact us to arrange for a replacement.
Q: Item received but I just can't get it to work, what should I do now?
Very few items may be defective when they are received, if possible, please install or test the products in different circumstances. Installing the cable in another computer, for example, to see if the same problem replicates. If so, please describe the error messages and mobile phone model/computer configurations (whichever applicable) in the form below. Free replacement will be offered for malfunctioned items.
Q: It seems to be working in some way but some other parts are not working properly.

Q: I no longer need the item and would like a refund for it.
We only offer free replacement guarantee for merchandises that are defective, or we have shipped the incorrect one. Cash refunds are not made except that the defective items cannot be replaced with the identical product and credits will be offered for purchasing other items with the same price.
